Dear Wonderful People!

This week was awesome!  We had a bunch of lessons this week and we found many people to teach. Too bad that now I'm leaving.

Transfer calls came around and now I will be going to the blessed land of Dunstable.

That's about it.  I'll tell all my new address next week when I get it.

I love you all!!

Love,

Elder Warburton

Dear Wonderful People,

This week has been great!

This week we had a lot of fun stuff happen. We had an exchange on Thursday where we went to Bedford. While we were out looking for people to teach, we noticed that everyone was playing Pokemon go. So we tried our best to turn that into a gospel conversation, but sadly with no avail.

Other than that, we were doing normal everyday missionary stuff. All the great stuff that we normally do.

Here's a scripture.

10 For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.(3 Nephi 22)

He's always there. Always.

Well, that's about all. I hope you all enjoy your Pokemon go. By the way, if you can turn that into a gospel conversation, please tell me.

I love you all!

Love,

Elder Warburton

This picture was sent to us by someone in our stake that was visiting England and happened to run into Jared.  I don't think we even know them.  I'm so grateful for people that think to send pictures to moms and dads. :)

Dear Wonderful People!

This week was a good week. We did stuff. We went bowling this morning. I won the first game. Then we played pool and I won at that, too. We had interviews yesterday that was fun. After the interviews, We had a party to send off one of the families in Huntingdon. I'm going to miss them, especially the food that she cooked for us. It was soooooo good. They will be missed.

We had sports and a barbecue on Saturday. I destroyed my knee caps when we were playing sports. I slipped, because, like any given day, it had just been raining and I fell in a concrete pit thing. I thought that a bit of bone had pushed out of my knee cap, but it was just a rock. Nothing big. They look better now.

That little black dot on my right knee is where the rock was sticking out.

We had our zone training meeting on Friday. We had a district council while we were there. My district leader said something about the bare minimum amount of work we should be doing, so I drew this.

That's the bear minimum.

Here's my inspirational thought for this week.

10 For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee. (3 Nephi 22)

I love how much God loves us! Here is a promise. He says, no matter what you did, where you are, what you are doing, he loves you, and that will never change! NEVER! Trust in him, follow him, come to church, invite others to church! God is there and he want to help us, if we will only let him help us!

Well that's all.

Bye!

I love you!

Love,

🎉🇺🇸FOURTH OF JULY🇺🇸 🎉Email

Happy Birthday America!

Dear Wonderful People,

This week has been pretty great! First of all, it all led up to today, the Fourth of July. Secondly, the work here is going really well. We have a lot of people that we are working with and that always makes life better when you're a missionary.

One of the American families in the Ward is moving back to the states, so we had a big Ward party to send them off. There wasn't much American food, though. That was slightly disappointing. It was a lot of fun. Also, on Sunday, I found a guy who owns five corvettes. FIVE CORVETTES!!!!!!!!

On Saturday, we went to an American/ Korean family's house for dinner and they made this awesome food called Bul Gogi. By the way, I've decided that that's what I want for dinner the day I get back from my mission. So, you guys better prepare in advance.

On Friday, the sisters had a baptism and we attended. Elder Wen was the one who performed the ordinance.

On Thursday, we had our mission tour with President Kearon, the area president for the Europe area. He basically said at we need to be genuine in order to be successful missionaries.

Wednesday... I can't remember. Same with Tuesday and Monday.

Well, that's all!

O, my beloved brethren, give ear to my words. Remember the greatness of the Holy One of Israel. Do not say that I have spoken hard things against you; for if ye do, ye will revile against the truth; for I have spoken the words of your Maker. I know that the words of truth are hard against all uncleanness; but the righteous fear them not, for they love the truth and are not shaken. (2 Nephi 9:40)

Don't revile against the truth. That's all.

I love you all!

Love,

Elder Warburton

P.S. Happy fourth!
