The weather here has been nice. It's been raining then sunny, then raining, then cold, then hailing, then sunny, then cloudy again. You know, the usual. But we have a car, so that's nice.
On Monday we went to the Hill's and the Jone's house for dinner. They are missionaries that work on the church farm. We went with the Sisters and talked about mission life and missionary work and such. Just think eight missionaries all together having dinner. It was super fun.
Not too much happened on Tuesday we did get a new investigator with the Sisters. Her name is Sital. She is Indian and talks a lot but she'll be baptized one day.
On Wednesday we saw the Flatley's. There are four people in the family...Sister Flatley and her three daughters. The oldest daughter, Georgia, is nine years old. She wants to get baptized. After that we went to go see a less active named Tracy. She's awesome. She lives in a place called March. It takes 45 minutes to get there by car. Her husband is named Paul. He's not a member but we will baptize him also, one day. We ate toads in the hole. It's sausages in Yorkshire pudding. It was really nice.
On Thursday, Elder Coon took his driving test. He passed! We also had another exchange with the Bedford Elders. We saw a less active member named Maxine. She let me wear her snake.
Then all four of us went to dinner with the Wrights. They are awesome. Brother Wright went with Elder Coon and Elder Hinatsu to see this family, the Rimmers. The mom is less active and none of the four children are baptized. Hopefully, they will be baptized soon. Everyone just needs to be baptized. It's a commandment, by the way!
Other than that, not much else happened this week. We're still working hard here.
For my spiritual thought, I'll share a quote from President Monson's talk.
This is one of my favorite quotes from conference. This just shows that powerful messages can come from short talks.
I love you all!!
Love,
Elder Warburton
